Neybor, a Belgian co-living and smart living startup, today announces a technology partnership with Lavanda, the award-winning UK property management software company. Neybor has selected Lavanda’s co-living PMS to help reduce operational complexity and further optimise its resident experience as it now seeks to aggressively scale its footprint across Belgium. The partnership will also see Neybor working closely with Lavanda to shape future product development across the platform.
Founded in 2019, Neybor currently owns and operates a total of 170 units across 15 buildings in Brussels. Its bright and extensively renovated buildings target adults in their late 20s and beyond, and differentiate themselves with their unique sense of community that extends far beyond the confines of the property itself.
