Create one or more offers that automatically select a proposed configuration of units drawing on live availability and pricing.
Capture additional requirements for the stay in bulk, including meal preference, cleaning preferences, check in and check out arrangements and more.
Take the full payment or agree a payment schedule with your client. Configure a percentage down payment to secure the booking and optionally add a security deposit.
Review the offer and apply any final discounts before finalising the offer and sending it to the booker.
The booker will receive the offer summary by email with a link that takes them to the offer detail on the Resa Inn website. The client can accept the offer by clicking "Accept" and paying the down payment using the integrated Stripe checkout.
Once the booking is confirmed, Lavanda PMS will automatically generate each unit booking. The lead booker will be direct to the Rooming view, allowing them to complete guest details for each unit or send an information request to each lead guest.
