Lavanda is a multi award-winning tech company with global headquarters in London, UK. Our team of digital entrepreneurs and real estate thought leaders have been driving innovation in “proptech” since 2015.
Building upon our own experience of managing short-term rental properties at scale, we designed and developed a best-in-class SaaS platform that allows institutional residential property owners and operators to access short-term rental demand, while delivering a scalable hospitality experience.
Fast forward to today and Lavanda powers Flexible Living solutions for a rapidly growing number of the world’s leading real estate companies, providing a first class Property Management Software suite to run the whole building as well as our unique Short Stay product solution.

Guy Westlake
Founder
As the founder and Chairman of Lavanda, Guy Westlake brings over two decades of experience building and investing in B2B software businesses of all sizes. Before founding Lavanda, he played a pivotal role in leading marketing efforts for Shutl, which was acquired by eBay in 2013.
Fred Lerche-Lerchenborg
CEO
Fred’s diverse investment banking and fund management background makes him an invaluable member of Lavanda’s leadership team. He served as both COO and Head of Growth before being appointed CEO, bringing his expertise in Tech M&A roles from Credit Suisse and managing a £3bn+ fund at Artemis.
David Larpent
CPO
David’s deep understanding of product, design, and engineering has helped him lead Lavanda’s multi-disciplinary teams to success. As a seasoned CPO and CTO with experience co-founding and leading product at two high-growth tech startups, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Laura Woollard
VP Marketing
Laura’s 20+ years of experience leading highly effective marketing teams makes her a valuable asset to Lavanda. She previously led the marketing effort for RealPage’s European and NYC operations, and her expertise in proptech has proven invaluable in her role as head of Lavanda’s multi-disciplinary marketing team.
Ben McGee
VP Sales
Ben’s passion for property management software and 10+ years of experience in international sales make him a natural fit to lead Lavanda’s Sales and Business Development teams. His previous roles at RealPage and Kigo have given him a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to drive growth.
Scott Craig
VP Customer Success
Scott’s expertise in growing and leading international implementation and account management teams has made him an invaluable leader for Lavanda’s customer success team. His experience across multiple verticals of the proptech industry brings a unique perspective to the table.
Dan Taylor
VP Operations
Dan’s diverse background in founding and leading startup businesses, international charities, and strategic operational projects at Centrica and Barclays has given him a unique perspective as Lavanda’s VP of Operations. He previously headed up Guest Experience and Customer Service functions at Lavanda, and his leadership skills have proven invaluable to the team.
Josh Thornton
Head of Engineering
Josh’s technical expertise and leadership experience make him a valuable addition to Lavanda’s engineering team. As Director of Engineering Rigour at GoDaddy, he led the improvement of software development practices. His skills and experience are critical as Lavanda continues to innovate and grow.
